TRARALGON RELAXATION & RECOVERY CENTRE

Policy Pack and Terms & Conditions

This document outlines all membership, booking and centre policies to ensure clarity, fairness and consistency for all clients.

Membership Terms & Conditions

All memberships operate on a weekly billing cycle and are subject to a minimum commitment period of two (2) months on any type of membership.

Credits reset weekly and do not roll over.

Memberships cannot be paused, transferred or banked unless discussed otherwise and approved by management in writing.

By purchasing a membership, you agree to these terms.

Cancellation Policy

Memberships require a minimum of three (3) days’ notice prior to cancellation.

Once cancelled, access will continue until the end of the current billing cycle.

Pause Policy

Memberships may be paused only where a minimum of seven (7) days’ written notice is provided prior to the next scheduled payment.

If flexibility is required, packs are recommended instead.

Late Cancellation Policy

Services cancelled within three (3) hours of the scheduled start time will result in the loss of the credit, with no exceptions.

For Baptcare or NDIS clients, a minimum of forty-eight (48) hours’ notice is required to avoid loss of the credit.

No-Show Policy

Failure to attend a booked service without cancelling will result in the loss of the credit, with no exceptions.

Credit Expiry Policy

Membership credits expire at the end of each billing cycle.

Pack credits expire in accordance with the individual package terms.

No Refunds Policy

All purchases at Traralgon Relaxation & Recovery Centre are final.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • memberships

  • class packs

  • services

  • programs

  • sessions

  • gift cards

  • promotional offers

No refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including for:

  • change of mind

  • inability to attend

  • scheduling conflicts

  • relocation

  • personal circumstances

  • unused credits

  • late cancellations or no-shows

Where required under Australian Consumer Law, a refund, replacement or remedy will only be provided if a service has not been delivered with due care and skill or is otherwise required by law.

All other refunds are strictly excluded.

Medical Exception Clause

Medical exemptions may be considered on a case-by-case basis with valid documentation and management approval.

Client Conduct & Respect Policy

All clients must treat staff and other clients with respect at all times.

Any aggressive, abusive, threatening or inappropriate behaviour will result in an immediate ban from the centre, at the discretion of management, without refund.

Which Option Suits You?

Memberships suit clients who value routine and consistency.

Packs suit clients who require flexibility and have variable schedules.

Terms & Conditions & Waiver

Traralgon Relaxation & Recovery Centre is operated by Traralgon Recovery Pty Ltd (ACN 691 514 637 961) and is located at 144 Argyle Street, Traralgon, Victoria.

All Terms and Conditions must be read, understood and accepted prior to participating in any activity, service, program or use of facilities at Traralgon Relaxation & Recovery Centre.

Traralgon Relaxation & Recovery Centre reserves the right, at its sole discretion and with reasonable notice, to change or amend any conditions of membership, operating hours, services offered, fees and charges at any time.

Traralgon Relaxation & Recovery Centre also reserves the right to refuse entry to, or remove any person from, the Centre at any time for any reason, including but not limited to safety, conduct or compliance with Centre policies.

I acknowledge and agree that I participate in all services, activities and programs, and use all equipment and facilities at Traralgon Relaxation & Recovery Centre entirely at my own risk.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, I hereby waive, release and forever discharge Traralgon Relaxation & Recovery Centre, Traralgon Recovery Pty Ltd, its directors, employees, contractors and representatives from any and all claims, demands, actions, losses, liabilities, costs or damages arising from or in connection with my participation in any activities or services, or my use of any equipment or facilities at the Centre.

I understand and acknowledge that the services and activities offered by Traralgon Relaxation & Recovery Centre, including the use of equipment and participation in both indoor and outdoor activities, may be inherently dangerous and involve risks, including the risk of injury, illness or death.

I voluntarily choose to participate in these activities and services with full knowledge and understanding of the risks involved, and I expressly assume and accept all such risks.

I confirm that I have received, read and understood the Terms and Conditions of Traralgon Relaxation & Recovery Centre and agree to be bound by them.
